NORSEBOAT 21.5
"Absolutely delightful sail...she performs beautifully to weather in chop...no pounding if she’s driven correctly, plenty of momentum to power through waves, surfs on a broad reach with the drifter up!” Dillon Majoros,
NorseBoat 21.5 sea trials
The NorseBoat 21.5
Cabin and Open models
The new NorseBoat 21.5 Cabin and Open models have classic “downeast” lines, distinctly NorseBoat “Swiss army knife” features, and truly exhilarating performance.
The standard “Easy Trailering” sailplan is a simple, easy-to-handle sloop rig. It has a fully battened mainsail with signature curved headboard, pivoting carbon mast, and furling genoa mounted on a bowsprit.
The ballasted foil-shaped stub keel provides good stability while maintaining shallow draft, it keeps the cabin clear of a centerboard trunk, and allows the centerboard to be modest in size and weight.
The NorseBoat 21.5 Cabin and Open models are strong yet lightweight, and have a seaworthy, innovative hull shape with smooth bottom and lapstrake topsides. The boat has a large cockpit with abundant storage, shallow draft, and is trailerable and able to be towed with a mid-size vehicle.
Models

Either Cabin or Open models can be used as a versatile, efficient motor launch.
